Welcome to the Elevate Health 2050 Community. This forum is for builders looking to “roll up their sleeves” and help build the EH 2050 community. In the next 25 years as we enter the coming Intelligence Age, we expect a decline in the number of middle management white-collar jobs as the waves of AI, Web3, and BioTech disrupt and redesign traditional organizational hierarchies.
Simultaneously, individuals with a builders mindset will gain power and influence by leveraging these same capabilities to build healthcare products using a combination of software, hardware, and humans. The Elevate Health Builder Members are taught to leverage new AI, Web3, and BioTech capabilities and tools to build a broad understanding across multiple interconnected domains enhancing their power and influence. These tools are powerful and at times scary. The Elevate Health 2050 Health Values and Foundational Beliefs allow for alignment and shared goals.
We call for all builders to join our community as one of the 4 types of builders below. Each Builder type is onboarded into the community through a combination of educational materials and builder tools designed to quickly assimilate them into the community, and introduce them to peers and collaborators.
Founders: Founders build empathy with a specific customer profile and leverage a subset of AI tools, Web3 technologies, and BioTech capabilities to improve the EH members’ experience. This often involves raising capital from investors and attracting a team to develop a better, faster, or more effective healthcare product.
Experts: Experts bring deep domain knowledge and experience in Healthcare, BioTech, AI, or Web3 technologies. They value accreditation and reputation as recognition for their knowledge, experience, and judgment. Experts include physicians, nurses, administrators, scientists, software engineers, AI experts, and crypto developers.
Allocators: Allocators provide funding and capital resources to projects in the Elevate Health Community. This funding may take the form of investments into for-profit companies but also may be set up as grants to non-profit organizations.
Orchestrators: Orchestrators have experience as Founders, Experts, AND Allocators. To become an Orchestrator, community members build expertise in multiple domains, create a new beneficial product and for-profit company, and allocate capital to other projects.
