Welcome to the Elevate Health 2050 Community. This is the forum for discussing the products and services available to our community members in health markets of the future.
All community members are patients, and many are also caregivers. Patients include all individuals interested in joining a healthcare community of patients with shared healthcare values and a goal to improve their personal health and wellness.
We plan to offer a free product, tentatively named the EH Personal Health Coach, as a member benefit granted to every member when they join.
Personal Health Coach is a tool to help each member access the most valuable EH Community resources to benefit their personal health and wellness.
However, many of our members will also elect to contribute their skills and abilities to serve as caregivers to others. These members feel called to provide empathic care to others. To empower these caregiver members, we offer a second product called the Top of Calling caregiver productivity tool.
Top of Calling is a productivity tool that allows members to focus on maximizing their time and energy serving others in their true calling.
Join as a patient if you are primarily interested in improving your personal health and wellness. Don’t worry – you can always add yourself as a caregiver as well in the future.
