At Elevate Health (End Heart Disease), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal health data. This policy outlines how we handle information collected through our AI Health Coach, Elle.

We collect personal health data (such as blood pressure, heart rate variability, and activity levels) solely for the purpose of providing personalized coaching services. This data is stored in encrypted, member-owned “Health Vaults” hosted on Google Workspace.
2. Data Usage
We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to:
- Provide coaching nudges via SMS and Telegram.
- Calculate your Heart Health Index (HHI).
- Track progress toward your wellness goals.
3. Data Sovereignty
You own your data. You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@eh2050.com.
4. Security
We use end-to-end encryption for data transmission and storage. Your Health Vault is accessible only by you and your designated AI Coach, Elle.
