Framework Evolution: Book → Implementation
Elevate Health 2050 (Edition 1, October 2025) specifies the long-run governance structure for the full Elevate Health Community as a 7-trustee Member-class Board, with Founding, Pioneer, Builder, Core, and Voting Member tiers activating as the number of community members grow.
End Heart Disease is the moonshot project that bootstraps the Community. The 20+1 Stewardship Circle and the $100 Genesis Fund tiers described above are the Genesis-phase governance for the End Heart Disease project specifically: the structure that seats the first governance cohort and capitalizes the work required to reach the book’s Member thresholds. As Community Member counts cross each threshold, the Member-class governance specified in Chapter 9 activates in stages.
Think of the book as the destination for the full Community, while the End Heart Disease project is the 1st illustration of how the community will benefit members. Edition 2 (October 2026) will document where path and destination have converged, where they have diverged, and what we have learned. Edition 3 (October 2027) will do the same.
