By using the Elevate Health platform and communicating with our AI Health Coach, Elle, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
Elevate Health provides AI-driven wellness coaching and health data tracking. Elle is an AI persona modeled after a retired med-surg nurse. She provides educational content and coaching nudges but does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment.
2. SMS Communication
By texting our number (+1 615 490-0995) or joining our waitlist, you agree to receive wellness nudges and health coaching messages. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Elle is not a doctor. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please hang up and call 911 immediately.
4. Liability
Elevate Health is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of our coaching services. All health decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
